Roxane Hepker an award winning quilt designer and owner of Cotton Capers Quilt shop, has designed the project for her next cruise out of Galveston, TX.
Bernina quilting/embroidery machines, supplied by Texas Quiltworks in Rockwall, TX, will be setup in the conference center for your use throughout the cruise.
